Class Philosophy

Class Philosophy

In looking at our schedule, please understand it is based on 2 principles:


  1. "Focused 30 Classes" This idea has been proven over a 5 year period to be more effective than the typical 45-60 minute class. These classes emphasize more focus in the calorie-burning state and prevent any muscle burning which occurs toward the end of a 45-60 minute class.
  2. Vary Cardio Training The body has been proven to get use to cardio very quickly. Thus, we must vary the type of cardio we do in order to achieve maximum results. Doing the same class repeatedly will burn calories but with a decrease rate of return. By changing or varying the type of cardio, we are able to maximize our calorie-burning potential by working the muscles from different angles through the use of different classes.
