M.A.C. Fitness Speed & Agility Training for Athletes!
This is a 3 or 6 - week program designed to teach the student athlete Body Mechanic Fundamentals, Core-Conditioning, Lateral Agility Balance, Speed & Body Control. All of these skills are the basis for what makes poor athletes good, good athletes great, and great athletes extraordinary! Our program teaches them how to achieve this!
All sports rely on these skills as their fundamental basis. Without these skills, your team and/or individual athlete is working at a disadvantage. Our program will teach them how to harness all of their innate ability and use it to be the best athlete possible. I've been in this field for 24 years and have worked with professional, collegiate, high school and olympic athletes and the results I've seen are amazing!
